About Nicola Spencer-Perera
I’m Nicola, founder of Reset Wellness and passionate about supporting you to feel good and perform at your best. With a degree in Physical Education, ICF-accredited life coach training, and qualifications in sound therapy and breathwork facilitation, I bring a mind-body approach to wellbeing that really works.
After 27 years in global corporate life, raising two daughters and living “always on”, I now guide people and organisations to reset how they live, work, and think. Because when we feel well, we live well.
